 Stepping Up for Spring

The following exercises are fun ways to get moving this month, and they’re designed to increase metabolic rate and reduce overall body fat, ensuring you’ll be prepared for a warm-weather season that’s filled with activity:

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Step-Ups
  • Push-Ups
  • Tricep Dips

Try to complete these exercises as a group, performing 12-15 repetitions of each movement. Squeeze the set into your workout 2-3 times per week to see results build up over the course of this month.
