Staying Healthy during the Holidays

b2ap3_thumbnail_weight.jpgLet's face it staying away from the desserts, and drinks during the holiday party circuit is almost impossible!  We encourage everyone to treat themselves, but that doesn't mean it's time to overindulge and throw away all the hard work you've been doing recently.   Stay as committed to your workout routines, monitor portion control, and choose wisely when it comes to alcohol.   Do yourself and your waistline a favor by eating a handful of nuts and drink an 8 ounce glass of water before heading out to your party. Make sure to check out our Holiday Champagne Cocktail below. Champagne has less calories than white wine.  Cheers!


Champagne Punch Recipe 

1 thinly sliced peach
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup simple syrup
1 bottle of champagne or other sparkling wine
In a pitcher, combine ice, peach, raspberries, blueberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup.  Slowly pour champagne or other sparking wine.
