Stretch of the Month: Total Back Stretch
This stretch is super simple, so you’ll be able to get the hang of it in no time. Stand up facing a table, counter or another surface that’s the same height as your waist. Hold onto the surface with both hands and lean forward. You should feel a stretch in your back. Maintain this stretch for 30 seconds, then returning to a standing position and repeat the stretch for an additional 30 seconds.
